Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Fox Studio website and placing orders, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Fox Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Section 01
Products & Ordering
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual products may vary slightly in color and texture due to manufacturing processes.
When you place a quote request or order with Fox Studio, you are making an offer to purchase the specified products. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written acknowledgement and payment confirmation.
- Orders must be placed in writing (email or contact form) or through our sales team
- Custom and bulk orders require a signed purchase order or advance payment
- Fox Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion
- Product specifications are subject to change without prior notice

Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Fox Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, Cheque
- Full payment is required for standard catalogue orders before dispatch
- Invoices are issued upon order confirmation and must be settled within the agreed payment terms
Section 04
Delivery
Fox Studio offers free delivery across 28+ cities in India for orders above a minimum order value. Delivery timelines for standard products are 7–10 working days from order confirmation. Custom orders may take 15–20 working days.
Fox Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Section 05
Warranty
All Fox Studio products carry a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number, product details, and photographs of the issue. Fox Studio will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.
Section 06
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our full Refund Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refund procedures. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products only.
Custom-made and bulk orders are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Fox Studio management.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos, design elements, and text — is the intellectual property of Fox Studio and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Section 08
Limitation of Liability
Fox Studio’s liability shall not exceed the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or profits.
Section 09
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
