Yes. For custom orders, we send physical fabric and color swatches upon request so you can make an informed decision before production begins. Contact our team to request a sample kit — available for Rexine, Leatherette, Fabric, and Velvet upholstery options.
Most Fox Studio salon and barber chairs are rated for a weight capacity of 120–150 kg. Specific capacities are listed on each product page. Pedicure stations and massage beds vary — please check the product specifications tab or contact us for details on specific models.
You can place an order by using the "Add to Quote" button on product pages to build your quote, then submitting it through the cart. We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and Cheque. For standard orders, full payment is required before dispatch. For custom and bulk orders, a 50% advance is required upon order confirmation, with the balance due before dispatch.
Yes, Fox Studio offers free delivery across 28+ cities in India. Delivery to cities not covered by our standard network may incur additional logistics charges, which will be communicated to you before order confirmation.
Standard catalogue products are dispatched within 7–10 working days of payment confirmation. Custom and bulk orders take 15–20 working days to produce and dispatch. Transit time varies by location but is typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Yes, professional installation is available in select cities. Our team can assemble and install furniture at your salon. Installation charges depend on the city and volume of furniture. Please request installation when placing your order so we can include it in your quote.
Absolutely. Fox Studio offers full customization of upholstery color and material for most products. Available materials include Rexine, Leatherette, Fabric, and Velvet, in a wide range of colors. For custom orders, we recommend requesting our sample kit first. A minimum order quantity may apply for certain customizations.
Yes. We offer logo embossing, embroidery, and custom headrest branding services. This is available on most upholstered products. Lead times for branded orders are typically 3–5 days longer than standard custom orders. Contact our sales team to discuss specifications and minimum quantities.
Yes, Fox Studio specializes in bulk and corporate orders for salon chains, hotel spas, beauty academies, and franchise networks. We offer volume-based pricing, priority production, dedicated account management, and staggered delivery to multiple locations. Contact us for a corporate quote.
For standard color/material customizations, there is no minimum order quantity. For logo embossing and embroidery, a minimum of 5 units per product line typically applies. For completely bespoke designs (custom dimensions or non-standard configurations), our team will advise on minimum quantities during the consultation process.
All Fox Studio products carry a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
To make a warranty claim, email primebeautyconcepts@gmail.com with your order number, product name, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and advise on the next steps — which may include repair, part replacement, or product replacement.
Yes. Fox Studio maintains a stock of common spare parts for our products including hydraulic cylinders, castors/wheels, armrest components, and headrest cushions. Spare parts can be purchased and shipped to you. Contact our support team with your product model number to check availability.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged or have a verified manufacturing defect. Products must be in their original, uninstalled condition. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Once a return is approved and the product received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Bank transfers typically complete within 7 days, UPI refunds within 5 days, and cheque refunds within 10 days.
If your product arrives damaged, photograph both the packaging and product immediately — before and during unboxing. Note the damage on the delivery receipt (POD) before signing. Then contact us within 48 hours at sales@foxstudio.com with the photos and your order number. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
