Section 01
Overview
Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged on arrival or have a verified manufacturing defect. All return requests must be submitted within this window with supporting photographic evidence.
Section 02
Eligibility for Returns
A return request will be considered eligible under the following conditions:
- Product was received in physically damaged condition (dents, broken parts, torn upholstery)
- Product has a verified manufacturing defect within the warranty period
- Wrong product was delivered (different model or specifications from the order)
- Product is incomplete — missing parts or accessories specified in the order
- Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof
Section 03
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products (custom colors, fabrics, or dimensions)
- Products that have been used, assembled, or installed
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery
- Products from bulk orders unless defective (decided case by case)
- Returns initiated after the 7-day return window

Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
- Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS): refunded to the originating bank account within 7 working days
- Cheque payments: a refund cheque will be issued within 10 working days
- UPI payments: refunded to the originating UPI account within 5 working days
Fox Studio reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of a cash refund in certain circumstances.
Section 06
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered products. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or variant, this will be treated as a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any price differences must be settled before dispatch.
Section 07
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged — broken packaging, dented frame, or torn upholstery — please do the following immediately:
- Photograph the packaging and product before and during unboxing
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt / POD (Proof of Delivery) before signing
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Claims for transit damage reported after 48 hours may not be accepted. Fox Studio coordinates with logistics partners to resolve transit damage claims on your behalf.

Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a processing fee of 10% of the order value.
Custom and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. The advance payment for custom orders is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after production begins.
